Pricing is based on 3 factors:

the grade of vinyl- intermediate (5-6 year rated) or premium (7-8 year rated). Intermediate grade vinyl is thicker than premium and doesn't conform well to surface irregularities.
the size of the lettering- based on the font height (usually the height of the capital letter I or the numeral 1 .) However, if the font height is at or below the transition point of 1/2″ / 12.7mm), the lower case letters of that line will be priced by the height of its smallest letter.
the total number of characters of the same vinyl grade and color (sizes & fonts can be mixed.).

Sometimes, at the really small sizes, there are just certain characters that can cause problems- and I never know until I give it a test.
Minimum order is $10. Get an application squeegee or the ‘Lil' Chizler’ squeegee for $1.50 additional. One of your choice will be included free on orders of $50 or more.
Upcharges: Oracal 751 matte black is available but only on sizes 1" or larger- no upcharge. Oracal 751 metallic silver or metallic gold- add 16% (be advised, the 751 metallics do not have the outdoor durability of the 751 colors). Oracal 951 metallic gold (recommended over the 751 metallic gold) - add 25%, Oracal 8519 frosted vinyl - add 25%, Avery white stencil vinyl- add 25%. Min. size on frosted or stencil vinyl is 3/8" (or 10mm.)
If you're unsure which font size you need, just let me know the approximate length you'd striving for.
Some fonts have numerals that are smaller than their letters. If you're ordering numbers only, we'll go by that size. If a line is a combination of letters & numbers, we'll size to match (unless you specify otherwise.) No additional charge.
Sizes smaller than 1/4" can only be cut from bold to medium weight sans-serif fonts and CAPS only.
The minimum stroke width that we cut is .020" / .51mm. At 1/8" / 3.2mm font height that excludes regular weight. Medium & bold weights are usually safe on normal sans-serif fonts.
Have special needs? Such as arced text (like for around knobs), reverse cut (for application to the backside of glass), vertical text, reverse weeded (negative cut-out) panel, … Just ask!
High quality paper transfer tape (R-Tape Conform) is applied to the lettering after weeding. On very small lettering we use a clear transfer tape (TransferRite Ultra).

Just to be clear- Premium refers to cast vinyl (Oracal 751, Avery A8, …); Intermediate refers to calendered vinyl (Oracal 651; Avery A5,…) Cast is usually rated at 7-8 year durability; Intermediate at 5-6 year durability.
